Companions
Sister Dillingham
Snapshot
Natalie's MTC companion in District 07-F at the Provo MTC, paired her first week (she reported July 15, 2026). Natalie calls her "Sister Dilly," repeatedly called her her favorite person and the love of her life, and ran a "we're getting married" joke through her first P-day call. Sister Dillingham is also assigned to the Iowa Iowa City Mission, so they fly out together July 28 and share the first-night hotel before meeting their separate field companions. Name as heard on the call and in Natalie's email; spelling unconfirmed.
Details
- Companion period: Provo MTC, District 07-F, from ~July 15, 2026. MTC companion, not a field companion; they part after arrival in Iowa.
- Natalie described her in her weekly email as "the sweetest person ever" and "so fun to talk to."
- A districtmate, Elder Jensen (from Idaho), is, per Natalie, in love with her, which Natalie keeps teasing her about.
- Had a nausea episode during a class; Natalie took her to the MTC medical clinic mid-class. The doctor gave her a pill and never came back, so after about an hour and a half she left on her own. While waiting, Natalie memorized the missionary purpose.
- She and Natalie went to choir practice once, hated it, and decided their companionship is never going back.
- Made Natalie cry (in a good way) during a testimony-sharing district meeting the first Sunday.
- Final MTC week (July 25): she and Natalie went to dinner around 5:30 or 6:00, came back to the dorm during free time, and both fell asleep for two hours, sleeping through a workshop. She was on Natalie's bed with Sister Law late that night; Natalie reached over and "tased" her, and she fell off the bed into the ladder. Natalie noted she was on her own call to her parents at that moment, telling the same hallway story. They were paired for the restoration-lesson practice in class and taught the Helping Others appointment with Parker together.
